Mayrose Munar is a builder, leadership advisor, coach, and lecturer who has worked inside organizations as they formed, scaled, and transformed industries.
She helped take Inktomi through the dot-com era to public markets, built operational infrastructure at Google as it expanded from a young post-IPO company into a global technology platform, and joined Uber during its early fundraising stage, supporting its founder through hypergrowth to more than 900 cities and 15,000 employees worldwide.
Alongside her private-sector work, she founded a community-based organization, gaining direct experience in public administration and policy. Her expertise spans sectors and sits at the intersection of culture, leadership, and organization. Across environments, she has built teams from the ground up and mentored individuals as they take on greater responsibility and visibility.
She founded Zero to Leaders to help entrepreneurs evolve alongside the organizations they build. She believes change is the only constant in reality. As the world changes, the challenges, communities, and leaders must change with it.
